The Lands Administration 1 course focuses on the acquisition and disposal of municipal land in Nunavut. Participants will learn about land administration by-laws, land acquisition and disposal procedures, land application processes, land leases, and lease administration. The online lectures and practical activities will help participants apply methods to acquire or dispose of land, process land applications, and prepare leases. By the end of the course, participants will have a strong understanding of the land acquisition and disposal procedures that apply to municipal land.
