Office Administration Certificate Program

The objective of this project is to provide essential knowledge and skills needed to work in office administration.  This program would also benefit participants who play key roles in succession planning in a municipal administration office. At the end of the program the participants who successfully pass will have a college certificate in Office Administration.

 

Dates: May 2023 to be determined

Phase 1 – FOUNDATION PROGRAM – in person

Phase 2 – OFFICE ADMINISTRATION CERTIFICATE PROGRAM – remote learning

 

It is anticipated that the Office Administration Certificate program will be delivered over a 3-year period; starting in 2023 and ending in 2024/25. The program consists of 3 pre-courses and 12 credited courses. The pre-courses will be delivered in-person. The credited courses will be delivered online.
