MTO offers courses in the following three areas:
Municipal Government Certificate Program – these courses are related to municipal services and administrative training which lead to a certificate.
Protection Services – these courses are related to Protection services or fire fighting.
Targeted Training – these courses are targeted at a variety of certain trades. These can include Accpac, AutoCAD, Search and Rescue, MMOS, Class 3/Air Brakes and other Driver training.
Ground Search and Rescue - The GN sponsors Ground Search & Rescue training through the MTO. This training conforms to the standards set out by the National Search & Rescue Sectretariat. Note that the MTO is not involved with Arial Search & Rescue, nor Marine Search & Rescue.
